Bare dirt, a dead park strip, a slope that floods every spring — tell us what you are looking at and we will tell you what it takes to fix it. Free quote, no pressure.
You have probably been putting this off for a while.
Maybe the backyard has been bare dirt since you moved in. Maybe the park strip died two summers ago and you have heard there is a rebate but never found the time to figure it out. Maybe the patio cracked, or the sprinklers have never worked right, or water runs toward the house every time it rains hard.
Whatever brought you here, the hard part is not the work — it is not knowing what the job actually involves or what it should cost. So that is where we start. We walk the property with you, tell you what we would do and why, and give you a real number before you commit to anything.

customers love us.
Landscape Design & Build in Utah
Most people call us with a picture in their head and no idea what it costs to get there. That is fine — that is the job.
Utah makes it harder than it looks. Most of the Wasatch Front runs on pressurized secondary water: untreated, full of sediment and algae that will clog valves, nozzles, and drip lines within a season if the filtration is not designed in from the start. And the districts do not share a calendar — some drain their mainlines in mid-September, others run into October, and the date moves with the weather. A system left charged into the first hard freeze means a spring full of repairs.
Our landscape design and build work takes the whole yard at once, in the order that actually works: grade and drainage first, then irrigation zoned to how the plants really use water, then hardscape, then planting. Full installs typically run $10,000–$75,000 depending on size and how much hardscape is involved. You get that number before anything starts.
Swimming Pool Design & Installation
Most pool projects go wrong in the coordination, not the concrete.
An inground pool build is a chain of dependencies: design and permit first, with plans showing shape, dimensions and equipment-pad location going to your city’s building department, then excavation, shell, equipment, decking and the landscape it all sits in. Every phase waits on the one before it, and a pool dug before the plans clear or decked before the equipment is set is how a summer build becomes an autumn one.
We don’t subcontract the shell and hand the rest off — we manage the whole project and have eyes on every phase, which is the only way that sequence holds. Inground builds typically run $75,000–$150,000+ depending on size, shape, finish, decking and equipment, and you get that number before anything is dug.
Paver Patios in Utah
A cracked slab is almost always a base problem — and a patio that can crack is a choice.
Freeze-thaw here is punishing. Water works into an under-prepared base, freezes, and lifts whatever is on top of it. Pavers answer that differently to poured concrete: the joints between units flex slightly with that movement instead of resisting it, so the surface takes the season rather than fracturing across it. And when a single paver does crack or stain, it gets pulled and replaced — no patch line across the middle of the patio.
A paver patio comes in dozens of shapes, colours and textures, laid in running bond, herringbone, basket weave or random ashlar; natural stone reads less uniform again. Paver patios run $20–$45 per square foot installed depending on base prep, paver type, drainage and pattern, and we measure the real area before quoting it.
